We offer free delivery & returns to consumers ordering in the webshop at fristads.com. If you are retailer or partner, special conditions apply and extra fees may apply.
I have placed an order, how do I know if it has registered?
When your order is registered an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail.
I have not received any order confirmation?
You order confirmation should be sent to your e-mail within 2 hours, double check you trash inbox. If you still have not received it, please contact customer service.
Is it possible to pre-order a garment that is currently out of stock?
Yes, you can see the estimated delivery date where you choose your size. Be aware that this is an estimated date and could change. In the checkout you will receive suggestions of a similar, available product, decline if you wish to place a pre-order. As soon as the garment is back in stock it will be sent to you. If you have chosen to pay with invoice, the 14 days payment term start once the garment is sent.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been picked you can cancel your order. Contact customer service directly via phone or chat. If your order has been picked you can do a regular return when you have received it.
