Chest width
Chest width measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your chest at its widest point. Stand relaxed and exhale.

Arm length
Arm's length from the neck. Bend your arm, hold the tape at the side of your neck, tighten the tape and let it round the elbow follow your bent arm down to the wrist. Note: This measurement is difficult to take, specially on your own. Don't worry, it is only indicative.
