In order to make a claim or return a product, you need to have a user account at fristads.com. Do you lack login credentials? Contact inside sales for help.
Making a return with login
1.    Log in at fristads.com using your personal login credentials.
7.    Finish your return by going to the return basket and filling out your contact information. ​​​​​​​
2.    Go to the Admin tab and “My orders”.
8.    Click on ”Return”. ​​​​​​​
3.    Choose the order that you would like to return by clicking on “View”.
9.    Choose shipping method and number of parcels. ​​​​​​​
4.    Choose ”Return” in the upper right corner. ​​​​​​​
10.    Download and print your shipping label. ​​​​​​​
5.    In the next window, choose the product you would like to return, as well as the number of products and the reason for the return. ​​​​​​​
11.    Follow the packing instructions on the screen.​​​​​​​
6.    Put the products in the return basket. ​​​​​​​
12.    Now you can exit the window and return to your order view.

8. Click on ”Return”.

9. Choose shipping method and number of parcels.

10.  Download and print your shipping label.

11.  Follow the packing instructions on the screen.

12.  Now you can exit the window and return to your order view.

Making a return without login​​​​​​​
1. To register your return without logging in, click here​​​​​​​
2. Log into your order using your order number and customer number. You will find these on your invoice or order confirmation.​​​​​​​

3. Follow the instructions above from step 5. ​​​​​​​
Making a claim with login​​​​​​​
1. Log in at fristads.com using your personal login credentials.​​​​​​​
6.    Make sure the right product is selected and continue by choosing “Claim of product.”​​​​​​​
2.    Go to the Admin tab and “My orders”.​​​​​​​
7.    In the next window, explain why you would like to claim the product. Continue to the next step.  ​​​​​​​
3.    Choose the order that contains the product you would like to return by clicking at “View”.​​​​​​​
8.    Feel free to download one or more images of the garment, to speed up the handling of your claim. ​​​​​​​
4.    Choose "Claim” in the upper right corner.​​​​​​​
9.    Finish your claim by clicking on “Confirm.”​​​​​​​
5.    In the next window, choose the product you would like to return. Click on “Make a claim” to get to the next step. ​​​​​​​
10.    Click on “All done!” at the bottom of the window to get back to your order view.

6. Make sure the right product is selected and continue by choosing “Claim of product.”

7. In the next window, explain why you would like to claim the product. Continue to the next step.

8. Feel free to download one or more images of the garment, to speed up the handling of your claim.

10.  Click on “All done!” at the bottom of the window to get back to your order view.
