Whistleblowing: speaking up matters

At Fristads, we are committed to doing business the right way – with integrity, transparency and full compliance with laws and regulations wherever we operate. As part of Hultafors Group, we follow a strict Code of Conduct that makes clear our long-term success depends on fair, ethical and sustainable business practices. To support this, we have a whistleblowing service in line with the EU Whistleblowing Directive. The service allows employees, suppliers and other stakeholders in our value chain to anonymously report suspected or actual breaches of our Code of Conduct. This includes:

If you have experience with or suspicion of:
- Fraud or corruption
- Serious discrimination or harassment
- Workplace safety issues
- Environmental crimes

What do I do?
You can report irregularities through our external reporting channel from WhistleB Whistleblowing Centre. Scan the QR code or go straight to: Report Whistleb

Report anonymously through whistleb

All whistleblowing reports are handled by WhistleB, an independent external partner that guarantees full anonymity and data protection through encrypted messaging. Every case is investigated by a dedicated team within Hultafors Group to ensure that issues are addressed properly. You can access the whistleblowing system by scanning the QR code below or going straight to Report Whistleb. Posters with the QR code are also displayed in most of our supplier factories, so that employees throughout our supply chain can raise concerns safely and confidentially. By encouraging whistleblowing, we strengthen our culture of responsibility and ensure that our products are made responsibly, with respect for both people and the planet.

Scan the QR code to file an anonymous report. You don’t need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
