A broken zipper, a missing button or a small tear should never mean the end of a garment – and with our Repair solution, it doesn’t. By repairing rather than replacing the whole garment, we reduce the demand for new products and help our customers cut their environmental footprint.
Fristads’ repairs are carried out as locally as possible to minimise lead times and emissions. At our Value-Added Service department in Borås, Sweden, our skilled seamstresses have been repairing garments for years as part of our claims process. Today, this service has been expanded to cover more customers and more markets. Through partnerships with trusted local tailors in countries such as the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Finland, we make it easier than ever for companies across Europe to keep their workwear in use longer.
Our Repair service is designed to be easy to use, with a straightforward digital process and fixed price list. Trousers, jackets and other heavier items are especially suitable for repairs.
