Fristads’ repairs are carried out as locally as possible to minimise lead times and emissions. At our Value-Added Service department in Borås, Sweden, our skilled seamstresses have been repairing garments for years as part of our claims process. Today, this service has been expanded to cover more customers and more markets. Through partnerships with trusted local tailors in countries such as the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Finland, we make it easier than ever for companies across Europe to keep their workwear in use longer.

Convenient and cost-effective

Our Repair service is designed to be easy to use, with a straightforward digital process and fixed price list. Trousers, jackets and other heavier items are especially suitable for repairs. For now, our Repair service is available exclusively to dealers and contract customers. To access the Repair service, contact us so we can send you a link to our digital Repair form.

How does it work?
  1. Fill out the “Repair” form.

  2. Receive an e-mail with a price quote within two business days.

  3. Send the clothes to us according to the instructions in the e-mail.

  4. Our skilled partner repairs the garment and returns it to you.
