At Fristads, certificates are more than documents – they are proof of our long-term commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. We have been certified according to the international standard ISO 9001 since 1999, ensuring that we work systematically to improve our processes and products with customer satisfaction at the core. Since 2002, we also hold ISO 14001 certification, which guides our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and continuously strengthen our sustainability work. In addition, we have worked with OEKO-TEX® certification since 1997, verifying that our garments are free from harmful substances and safe to wear.

In ISO 14001: 2015 the Life Cycle perspective is an important aspect. This standard sets the requirements for how we work systematically to limit the environmental impact of our operation.
ISO 9001: 2015 focus on customer satisfaction. This means that in everything we do, we strive to create quality and effective processes for developing and producing our products, with the aim of satisfying our customers.
Garments that are free from harmful chemicals and safe for human use according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements have an Ö 97-055 certificate.
Products that meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements and contain at least 20% recycled materials have an SE 23-310 certificate.
The SE 23-311 certificate is only used for PPE products where PFAS is required to ensure the safety of the user and no equivalent material without PFAS is available.
