Changing the world of workwear.
Climate change is the greatest challenge of our time and at Fristads we are tackling the issue from multiple angles – from developing more sustainable materials and production methods to creating the infrastructure necessary to take care of our products when they have reached their end of life. React is our way of responding to the climate crisis and

Extending the life of workwear.
REPAIR.
By offering repairs as a service for our customers, we can breathe new life into damaged work clothes instead of discarding them. This way, we are increasing the lifespan of the garments and make sure the products are used as long as possible.

Giving workwear a second chance.
We think everyone deserves a second chance, including our products. Sometimes garments that still have potential are discarded. By giving them a second chance, we make sure that all produced garments are used to their full potential before being downcycled.

Finding new uses for old garments.
When the garments reach their end of life, we want to make sure the material comes of use. Primarily by looking for solutions where the material can be used for other types of products, like furniture padding, construction material or filling for car interiors.

Products made of used workwear.
Our first circular workwear – closing the loop on our products. Worn-out workwear is collected, shredded and turned into new products. By reusing the textile fibres of used clothing for new products we lower the demand on virgin materials.

Products made of more sustainable fabrics.
We are continuously replacing conventional materials in our existing products with more sustainable alternatives such as recycled polyester and plant-based materials, or by using more sustainable techniques. Naturally without compromising on the durability and quality of the final product.
