We stand by the comfort of our shoes – so much that we named our work shoe collection Fristads ComfortStep. We don’t believe you’ll ever need this guarantee. But if you’re not satisfied with the comfort for any reason, returning them is easy and you’ll receive a full refund. This is how it works:

Try our shoes for up to 30 days.
Wear your Fristads safety shoes in real life – at work, commuting, all day long.

Not 100% comfortable? Get your money back.
If the shoes don’t feel right within 30 days from the purchase date, you can return them and get a full refund.

  • Bought from a Fristads retailer?

Go back to the store where you bought the shoes and fill in the Comfort Guarantee Claim form below. The store will register your return and you will receive your refund there.

  • Bought directly from our webshop? (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany or Austria)

Fill in the Comfort Guarantee form below. Then register your return here with the return reason code “Comfort Guarantee”. Your refund will be processed according to our return policy.
