How much is the cost to return a garment?

We offer 14 days free returns for consumers ordering in the webshop at fristads.com.If you are a retailer or partner, special condition apply and is regulated in your agreement.

How do I return garments ordered at fristads.com?

If you have ordered at fristads.com your package shall contain a return form and a prepaid consignment note. Pack the garment/garments and the filled in return form in the original bag/box. Make sure the package is well concealed and paste on the consignment note. Leave the package at you closest service point. If you have chosen to pay with Klarna, make sure to notify them about your return. If you have not received a return form, please see the answer below.

If your package is missing a return form you can download and print it yourself. Click here to download.

I have not received a consignment note?

Contact customer service through e-mail, chat or telephone. A consignment note will be sent to your e-mail. Print it and attach it to the package.

How long does a return take?

When your package is sent back to us from your service point, a return normally takes 1-3 working days.

How will I get my money back when I make a return?   

As soon as your return is registered at Fristads, Klarna is notified and then make a refund.

How do I return garments bought at a retailer?

If you have purchased Fristads products from one of our retailers we ask you to contact the retailer where you bought the product to make a return. The terms and condition of that dealer apply.

I want to change size, what do I do?

Return the size you have ordered and make a new order with the size you want instead. As soon as the return is registered you will receive a refund.

Due to privacy regulations, we are not able to make a new order for you.

How do I make a claim?  

If you want to make a claim on a product bought at fristads.com, please contact our claims department on e-mail claims.se@fristads.com or telephone 033-20 23 20. We need your order number, item number of the product and a detailed description of the defect, preferably with pictures.

How do I claim a product bought at a retailer?

If you have purchased Fristads products from one of our retailers we ask you to contact that retailer to make a claim. The terms and condition of that dealer apply.
