When will I receive my package?
The delivery time is 2-4 working days depending on where you live.
Where is my package?
When your order has been picked you will receive an e-mail. You can trace your package by clicking the link in the email. Once the package has been delivered to your service point you will receive a new notification.
Who delivers my package?
Postnord delivers all packages from Fristads within Sweden.
Can I choose service point?
Yes, you find ”Service point” under ”Delivery” in the checkout. Klick ”Change” to choose another service point, mark an option and confirm.
What happens if I do not pick up my package?
If you do not pick up your package it will be returned to us after 7 days.
