In order to make a claim or return a product NOT ordered online go the below procedure - Making a return without login

Making a return with login
1.   Log in at fristads.com using your personal login credentials.
8.    Click on ”Return”. ​​​​​​​
2.    Go to the Admin tab and “My orders”
9.    Click on “Choose Freight Supplier” ​​​​​​​
3.    Choose the order that you would like to return by clicking on “View”. ​​​​​​​
10.    Click on circle icon and “Summerize returns”​​​​​​​
4.    Choose ”Return” in the upper right corner. ​​​​​​​
11.    Enter requested shipping details​​​​​​​
5.    In the next window, choose the product you would like to return, as well as the number of products and the reason for the return. ​​​​​​​
12.    Click “Send returns”​​​​​​​
6.    Put the products in the return basket.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
13.    Now you can exit the window and return to your order view.
7.    Finish your return by going to the return basket and filling out your contact information. ​​​​​​​

12.  Click “Send returns”​​​​​​​

13.  Now you can exit the window and return to your order view.
Making a return without login​​​​​​​
1. To register your return without logging in, click here​​​​​​​
2. Log into your order using your order number and customer number. You will find these on your invoice or order confirmation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
3. Now follow the instructions above from step 5 in Making a Return with login








Making a claim with login​​​​​​​
1. Log in at fristads.com using your personal login credentials.​​​​​​​
6.    Make sure the right product is selected and continue by choosing “Claim of product.”​​​​​​​
2.    Go to the Admin tab and “My orders”.​​​​​​​
7.    In the next window, explain why you would like to claim the product. Continue to the next step.  ​​​​​​​
3.    Choose the order that contains the product you would like to make a claim by clicking  “View”. ​​​​​​​
8.    Download one or more images of the garment, to help us determine the validity/handling of your claim. ​​​​​​​
4.    Choose "Claim” in the upper right corner.​​​​​​​
9.    Finish your claim by clicking on “Confirm.”​​​​​​​
5.    In the next window, choose the product you would like to make a claim. Adjust quantity to correct level Click on “Make a claim” to get to the next step. ​​​​​​​
10.    Click on “All done!” at the bottom of the window to get back to your order view.

1. To register your claim without logging in, click  Claims registration
2. Log into your order using your order number and customer number. You will find these on your invoice or order confirmation.​​​​​​​
3. Follow the instructions above from step 5. in Making a Claim with login.
