At Fristads, returning a product is easy with our digital return system. We have a 30-day return policy for all purchases made through our web shop at fristads.com. The returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Customised or special order garments cannot be returned. If you have Fristads Concept Shop account, we recommend that you register your return directly from the order page while you are logged in. From here, you have a good overview of your orders and can easily return products from multiple orders.

Did your Fristads product not live up to your expectations? We are here to help. At Fristads, you always have 36 months to file a product claim for a defective product. You should submit your claim request within a reasonable time, but no later than two months from when the defect or damage was discovered.
